One customer on each line: an ABN, an ACN or a trading name, with what they owe you if you like (for example Seva Cafe, 13 124 229 518, $1,250). Up to 300 accounts. Or upload a CSV, such as a contacts export from Xero or MYOB.
Statuses come from ASIC's public Company Dataset, and for non-companies from ABN Lookup. A registered status only means what ASIC's file shows: it isn't a credit check and doesn't say whether a customer will pay. Sole traders, trusts and partnerships are watched by ABN only, which is a weaker signal.
